Red light therapy sauna

Do I need a referral before I start therapy?
No! Texas is a limited direct-access state and thus we are able to begin your care without a referral. This helps save your time, money, and helps you get symptom relief quicker! Following your initial assessment, we will send a plan of care to your current provider (PCP, OBGYN, etc) so they are aware of your current treatment.
Do you take insurance?
The Pelvic Shift operates as an out-of-network provider. This allows us to operate without insurance restrictions, be more flexible throughout your plan of care, and provide one-on-one care specifically tailored to your needs. This means that we do not handle any insurance billing. At each visit, we provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement or to be applied towards your deductible. Payment is due at the time of services provided.
While we are a private-pay clinic and do not work directly with insurance, there are specific federal guidelines related to Medicare and Medicaid. Because of these regulations, we are unable to provide or bill for services that would typically be covered under Medicare or Medicaid. If you are a beneficiary of these programs, we’re happy to help guide you toward appropriate resources or providers if needed.
